Book Club

We put our mystery bag books to a vote and the kids choose Otis Spofford by Beverly Cleary. Those who choose to be in book club will meet each Wednesday during lunch. :) 

Inside recess

We have the inside recess blues, but trying to make the best of it!

Electricity Lab

The class was electric during our first lab! Students were given a wire, bulb, battery and time. They had to investigate to discover how to make the bulb glow.

Wonder

Our trip to the movies was very exciting. We were so inspired to choose kindness!

Haudenosaunee Day

Our Haudenosaunee Day was a MAJOR success! We transformed our classroom into a longhouse and ate authentic Native American dishes. The oral presentation were amazing. Everyone learned so much!

Fire Prevention

Yesterday kicked off our fire prevention poster contest. The volunteer firefighters came and discussed prevention. Information about the poster contest went home yesterday along with paper to create the poster. All entries are due Monday 10/16/17 by 10am. There will be a winner from each 4th grade class. Those people will be driven to school on a fire truck!
