I apologize these order forms went out late (2days). I've spoken with the PTA and Mary Smith has offered two solutions:
1. contact her directly with your order over the weekend via phone (817-5615) or email alexianiko@hotmail.com to place your order
2. Send in the order and payment on Monday.
